Hmm...Infernal Darkness is trying to have a war vs EX. Ok, but who is KI?

KI is a team with members of the Hispanic community but now they are playing in kctau. Being more specific they are the elite of the Hispanic clans. So, EX wants a war vs KI?

KI is as a IL in KCTAU. Then, war or not? blood or not blood?
